Replays, privacy & your content
The short version of how Rallies handles replay videos. By joining Rallies or playing on a Rallies Vision court you agree to this. See also our booking & cancellation terms and privacy policy.
What's recorded
Rallies Vision cameras on court keep a short rolling buffer that is continuously overwritten. Nothing is saved unless someone presses the replay button; then the last 60 seconds is saved as a clip. Cameras record video only, with no sound. Signs at each court explain this.
Who can see your clips
Clips appear in the session they were recorded in, for the person who booked and everyone on that session's roster. Anyone with a clip or session link can watch it; saving to a phone needs a free Rallies account.
How long clips are kept
Clips are available in your account for 48 hours. Rallies keeps a private copy for 3 months (90days) to choose the weekly Amateur Top Plays and for Rallies content, then deletes it. Clips chosen for Top Plays, or kept by Rallies, are kept until Rallies deletes them. Want one of yours removed? Email us and we'll take it down.
Who owns the videos
Replay videos are recorded by Rallies equipment and belong to Rallies. You may save and share your clips for your own, non-commercial use. Rallies may use clips, including on the website and social channels and in the weekly Amateur Top Plays, and may show brand overlays on them.
What we collect and why
Your email to sign you in; your name, mobile number, age range, gender, pickleball level, area and how often you play, to run your account and match you with the right sessions and events. We use this to run your account and the community, and we share only combined, anonymous statistics(for example “40% of members play weekly”) with partners and advertisers. We never sell your personal data. We send you marketing only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime from your account.
Your choices
You can see and update your details on your account page. To ask us to remove a clip you appear in, or for a copy or deletion of your data, email rallies.event@elitez.asia with the clip link and we'll take it down. You can delete your Rallies account anytime from your account page. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to join.
